Couture Colour Luxeblend Creme Hair was named the silver winner in the permanent hair color category of Good Housekeeping’s Second-Annual Anti-Aging Awards. Revlon Colorsilk took first in the category. Couture Colour was a panelist favorite for thorough gray coverage; rich even color; fade resistance; and making hair shiny, according to the magazine.

The scientists in the Beauty Lab of the Good Housekeeping Research Institute evaluated hair products in all price ranges that promise gray coverage or make anti-aging or age-defying claims. They tested 73 products on 579 volunteers, ages 35+, as well as on 736 hair swatches. Seventeen winning products were selected in seven categories ranging in price from $4 to $53. Couture Colour Luxeblend Creme Hair Colour is available on www.CoutureColour.com for $30. All the winners are featured in Good Housekeeping’s September issue and at www.goodhousekeeping.com/anti-aging-awards.
